ActivUP proposes to companies (hereinafter referred to as the \"Company\") to carry out playful activities between freely volunteering employees (hereinafter referred to as the \"Employee\") to encourage them to be more physically active. These activities are referred to hereafter as \"Challenges\".<\/p>

The Challenge consists of collecting the physical activity of each employee via a mobile device and sharing it with other employees (whether or not they are participants) in real time.<\/p>

On this occasion, information relating to Employees will be collected. This information will be referred to hereafter as \"Personal Data\".<\/p>

Concerned about the protection of personal data, ActivUP is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the Data by complying with applicable data protection and privacy legislation, as well as the terms of this document.<\/strong><\/p> <\/p> <\/p> <\/p> <\/p> By participating in a Challenge, Employee indicates his or her consent to the terms of this document. Once the Challenge is over, we will keep this information in our archives for a limited period of time necessary to answer any questions the Employee or the Company may have, but also for statistical purposes regarding the use of the Challenge.
