What is ActivUP?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I. The birth<\/span> of the project<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It all started in 2013 when I started with a simple observation: I needed to do more physical activity, but like many, I didn't have the time. So I decided to cobble together a treadmill that could fit under a desk. I ended up walking for hours and hours on this mat and it felt great. I could be physically active while working. I was able to walk 500 km in a month without realizing it. And thanks to this, I lost 12 kg in two years. So I decided to embark on the Walking Desk adventure and to become the leader of this innovative concept thanks to ActivUP.<\/p>\n

II. The turning point during the Covid-19 pandemic<\/p>\n

It was during the health crisis that the success of the project took a turn. The implementation of telecommuting and confinement created many concerns for employees: loss of focus and productivity, increased stress, decreased physical activity...The Walking Desk proved to be an effective solution to this. Employees could work while enjoying the benefits of walking.<\/p>\n

III. What's next? <\/p>\n

A fund raising is planned from 2022 in order to finance our rental model and our technological investments. Concerning our production, we are looking to produce even more in France in order to offer you products that are just as qualitative and that help promote our economy. On the international side, we are looking to develop our network of resellers worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n

ActivUP, qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est ?<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

I. La naissance<\/span> du projet<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>

Tout commence en 2013 lorsque je suis parti d\u2019un constat simple : je devais faire davantage d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, mais comme beaucoup, je n\u2019avais pas le temps. Je d\u00e9cide alors de bricoler un tapis de marche qui puisse s\u2019ins\u00e9rer sous un bureau. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019en suis venu \u00e0 marcher des heures et des heures sur ce tapis et cela me faisait un bien fou. Je pouvais pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique tout en travaillant. Je suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 marcher 500\u2009km dans le mois sans m\u2019en rendre compte. Et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, j\u2019ai perdu 12\u2009kg en deux ans. J\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me lancer dans l\u2019aventure du Walking Desk et de devenir le leader de ce concept innovant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ActivUP.<\/p><\/div>

II. Le tournant pendant la pand\u00e9mie de la Covid-19<\/p><\/div>

C\u2019est pendant la crise sanitaire que la r\u00e9ussite du projet a pris un tournant. La mise en place du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et du confinement ont engendr\u00e9 de nombreuses inqui\u00e9tudes pour les employ\u00e9s : perte de concentration et de productivit\u00e9, accentuation du stress, diminution de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique\u2026Le Walking Desk se r\u00e9v\u00e9la \u00eatre une solution efficace pour pallier \u00e0 cela. Les employ\u00e9s pouvaient travailler tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant des bienfaits de la marche.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
